It's Our Pleasure Hospitality group is seeking an individual to join our professional, fast-paced team with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Our Company operates and manages several banquet venues based out of Staten Island, New York and we are looking for an experienced Banquet Captain or Maî·tre D that is looking to further their career, knowledge, and skills in the hospitality industry. This individual will be expected to be hands on during events, making sure FOH and BOH staff are in sync throughout the course of each and every event. Our venues host a wide range of events from simple corporate lunch-ins to high end, exquisite weddings and private events. Requirements:

Experience in the Catering and Hospitality industry
Manage and lead a team of FOH and BOH Staff
Cater to each and every guest in a professional manor
Scheduling, Employee Relations and management of the Guest relations
Handle guest requests personally with sincerity
LEADERSHIP that will help grow our ultimate hospitality experience for guests
